This website is operated by So Glamy ("we", "us"), a proprietorship registered as SOGLAMY. We design and manufacture what we sell. By browsing or ordering from this site you agree to these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
You must be at least 18 years old, or ordering with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and able to enter into a contract under Indian law.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us. An incorrect address or phone number is the most common reason a delivery fails, and we cannot always recover a parcel once it has been dispatched.
We describe every product as accurately as we can, including fabric, fit attributes and measurements.
Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a particular fit for a particular body. Where fit is uncertain, use our size guide or ask us before ordering.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown before you pay.
We take reasonable care with pricing, but errors happen. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will contact you if this happens.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm dispatch.

Where we cancel and you have already paid, we refund you in full.
We accept UPI, cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery where available. Online payments are processed by our payment gateway partner; we do not store your card details on our servers.
For Cash on Delivery we may verify the order by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on your pincode and the courier. Full detail is in our shipping policy.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Because we sell intimate apparel, returns are conditional on hygiene. The full conditions are set out in our returns policy, and refund mechanics in our refund policy. Please read them before ordering.
If you create an account, keep your login details secure. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.
Please do not misuse this site — no attempts to breach security, scrape at scale, disrupt service, or submit false orders or reviews. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe this is happening.
The content on this site — text, photography, design and the So Glamy name and marks — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce it commercially without our written permission.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
