So Glamy (registered as SOGLAMY) is responsible for the personal data described here. Our contact details are on our contact page.
When you order: name, delivery address, phone number, email address, order contents, and the delivery status of your parcel.
When you contact us: whatever you send us — your name, phone number, order number and the content of your message.
When you create an account: your phone number, and optionally your email, saved addresses and wishlist.
Automatically: device and browser information, pages viewed, and a hashed version of your IP address. We hash IP addresses because we need to compare them for abuse prevention, not to keep them.
We do not collect or store your card details. Payments are processed by our payment gateway, which handles that data under its own PCI-DSS obligations.
| Purpose | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Fulfilling your order | Processing payment, packing, dispatch, delivery updates |
| Customer support | Answering your questions, handling returns and refunds |
| Fraud prevention | Verifying Cash on Delivery orders, rate limiting forms |
| Improving the store | Understanding which products and pages are useful |
| Marketing, if you opt in | Offers, restock alerts and new arrivals |
We use WhatsApp for order confirmations, delivery updates, Cash on Delivery verification and — only if you opt in — restock alerts and offers.
Transactional messages about an order you placed are part of fulfilling that order. Marketing messages are separate, require your consent, and you can stop them at any time by replying STOP or telling us.
We use cookies to keep your cart and session working, remember preferences, and understand aggregate usage.
Strictly necessary cookies — cart, login session, security — cannot be switched off without breaking the site. You can block or delete other cookies in your browser settings; some features may then not work as intended.
We share data only with parties who need it to deliver your order or run the store:
We do not sell your personal data.
We may disclose data where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
Parcels ship in plain, opaque packaging. The label carries only the company name, never a product description. Courier staff cannot see what you ordered.
Order records are kept as long as we need them for tax, accounting and warranty purposes. Support messages are kept while relevant and then deleted. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.
We use encrypted connections, restrict access to customer data to staff who need it, and enforce database-level access rules so records cannot be read by other customers.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we will tell you promptly.
You can ask us to:
Write to us using the details on our contact page. We will respond within a reasonable period.
This store is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data. Some products are sized for teenagers; those are expected to be bought by a parent or guardian.
We will update this page when our practices change, and revise the date shown at the top.
