The things we get asked most, answered properly. If yours is not here, message us — we would rather answer than have you guess.
Measure your underbust and your bust with a soft tape, both level and snug. Round the underbust to the nearest even number for your band; the difference between bust and band gives your cup, at one inch per letter. Our size guide has a calculator that does this for you.
The band is too loose. Around 80% of a bra's support comes from the band, so when it is loose the straps compensate — which is why they dig into your shoulders. Go down a band size and up a cup to keep the same volume, so a 36B becomes a 34C.
Cup volume is relative to band size, so a 34C and a 32D hold roughly the same amount. Those are sister sizes. If your size is sold out or a style runs slightly small, a sister size is usually the best alternative.
For bras, take the smaller band and the larger cup — bands stretch with wear, cups do not. For briefs and shapewear, take the larger size; sizing down does not increase control, it creates a ridge. If you are unsure, message us with your measurements.
Broadly, yes — we use the standard UK and Indian convention. But sizing does vary between brands, so where we publish a measurement, trust the measurement over the label.
UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery for most serviceable pincodes. Online payments are handled by our payment gateway; we never store your card details.
Cash on Delivery has a high rate of refused parcels, and every refusal costs us the round trip. A quick confirmation keeps COD available and keeps prices down. If we cannot reach you after a few attempts we may cancel the order.
Yes, free of charge, at any point before dispatch — from your account or by messaging us with your order number. Once a parcel is with the courier we cannot recall it, so you would need to raise a return instead.
Failed payments are usually reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 working days. If it has been longer, send us the order number and transaction reference and we will chase it with the gateway.
Orders placed before 2 PM on a working day usually ship the same day. From dispatch, expect 2–4 working days to metro cities, 4–6 to other towns and 6–9 to remote pincodes. You can check an estimate for your pincode on any product page.
Free on orders of ₹999 and above. Below that it is ₹49, with an additional ₹49 handling fee on Cash on Delivery orders. The exact charge is always shown before you pay.
You get a tracking link by WhatsApp and email at dispatch. You can also use our track order page with your order number and phone number — no login needed. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start moving.
Not at the moment. We ship across India to pincodes served by our courier partners.
Within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, has its tags attached and its hygiene seal unopened. Once an item has been worn, washed or unsealed we cannot resell it, so we cannot accept it back. Panties and briefs cannot be returned at all unless faulty.
Then none of the hygiene conditions apply. Message us with your order number and a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including any return cost.
We inspect returns within 2–3 working days of arrival and initiate the refund within 2 working days of approval. It then takes 5–7 working days to appear, depending on your bank. Prepaid orders go back to the original payment method; COD orders are transferred to a bank account you give us.
We do not process direct exchanges. Return the item under our returns policy and place a fresh order for the size you want — that way you are not waiting for stock to be held.
Hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent, soak for no more than ten minutes, and press the water out rather than wringing. Heat and wringing are what destroy elastane. If you must machine wash, use a lingerie bag on a cold gentle cycle with the hooks fastened.
Please do not. A tumble dryer degrades elastic faster than anything else. Dry flat or on a line in the shade — direct sunlight fades colour and weakens elastic too.
With good care, six to twelve months of regular wear. Rotating three or four bras rather than wearing one constantly makes a real difference, because elastic needs a day to recover. When the band feels slack on the tightest hook, it is done.
Yes, on every order, automatically. Parcels are plain and opaque with no product names or imagery on the outside. The sender line reads only So Glamy, and your invoice is sealed inside.
No. The label carries a name and address only — never a product description. Nothing about the parcel indicates what is inside.
Yes, and many customers do. Because the packaging gives nothing away, an office or shared address is no different from a home one. Just make sure the phone number you give us is reachable during the day.
